To apply a promo or discount code:

UK Shipping Information
Orders placed before 5 pm will be shipped the same day including weekends (excluding bank holidays and public holidays)
All orders above £40 will receive free shipping

If you wish to ship through our UK site we will deliver using DHL Express services. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay duties and taxes.
All unwanted and incorrect items should be returned within 60 days of purchase unless you have experienced an allergic reaction to the product.
Your return should be intact and within its original manufacturer packaging when sent back to us.
When returning any items, please fill out the delivery note enclosed in your package We cannot accept returns without the required information enclosed.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Tracking information is not immediately available after your order is placed. This is uploaded later after it has been collected and scanned by the courier.
You can then track your parcel.
All orders are processed through our 3rd party partner this means that once an order has been submitted we cannot update or change the order.

Lost packages

Damaged packages
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such cases, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] as soon as possible and include photos of the damaged items or package.
We will review the documentation provided and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
